Yes, I'm a toon reactionary! They just don't make 'em like this any more, do they? I think it's essential to keep these cultural gems alive, so I've dreamed up WaBBIT: The Warner Brothers Basic IQ Test to keep all you fans of Bugs Bunny & co. sharp...or as Foghorn says, "'bout as sharp as a bowlin' ball"!
Anyway, these questions will test your general and specific knowledge of canonical Warner Brothers toons--Bugs, Porky, Daffy, et al.--all the greats. For specific toon questions, I have omitted all the toons I think did not meet the standards of the classics--namely, those whose plots are tiresome rehashes of the Darwinian reversal theme (e.g. Road Runner vs. Coyote, Tweety vs. Sylvester). In my opinion these were way too formulaic, un-wacky, and poorly written to make fun test questions for. I consider them "peripheral to the canon" (apologies to Harold Bloom). So don't expect your Road Runner smarts to make a difference here!
The test is short--twelve representative questions in four levels of difficulty. The maximum score (your WaBBIT Wating) is 18. Good luck and geronimooooooooooooo!
