2. Once and a while we all need help with our computer stuff. Some of us get really stuck and make the decision to contact a technical support representative for help with a peice of software or hardware. If you have done this and didn't get transfered to India, you might have spoke or written me because I have been doing technical support for ten years with various companies. This test is going to measure whether or not after the call I would add your name to a list of what we in the industry call "mouth breathers" (or other other names). It's not about ignorance, you don't get listed if you just a person that can't figure out the obsurdly complex peice of software or hardware.
