2. Welcome to the Reactive-Dogmatic Personality Inventory. It will give a personality type based on how dependent, neurotic and reactive you are, and how much you are willing to change your opinions in the light of new facts or to suit others. The nine types are based on the first nine letters of the Greek alphabet, alpha, beta, gamma, delta, epsilon, zeta, eta, theta and iota. 

   The test theory is based on cognitions and the overall workings of people in a team. It is used to determine how well certain personalities will gel with others and the automatic thoughts of certain people.
