The Integrity Test sets out to identify levels of integrity. It does not rate the merit of particular moral values; it merely quantifies behavior patterns for your use. It also humbly suggests that someone with a similar score is less likely to drive you crazy, call you crazy, and make for a horrible break-up resulting in The Integrity Test.
The answers to this test are inherently polarizing. If (and only if) you feel that your answer lies between options 2 and 3, leave the question blank. And, as always, be strictly honest, because nobody likes a liar, jerk.
