The Individualist or Collectivist? Test

1. Hi! This test is intended to measure whether you are an individualist or a collectivist. According to social cognition, people from eastern cultures (eg China, Japan, India) have a collectivist mentality, whereas people from western cultures (eg North America) have an individualist mentality. Which one are you? This test will attempt to determine this, but pleas be warned: i'm not an expert, and i am mostly just writing this to procrastinate! Please make sure that you answer ALL the questions or else the test won't work! If neither answer describes you perfectly, just pick the one that is closest.
