Existentialism, in one sense, is a philosophy based on the idea that individuals have to find the meaning in their own lives. Boiled down to a single maxim, it is basically "existence precedes essence". Existentialism is often stereotyped as being dour and melancholy philosophy, due to the grappling questions of the meaning (if there even is any) of existence, and what the role of a single person is, if there even is one. This test will measure how much of an existentialist you are.
NOTE: I've been getting a number of more-existential-than-thou emails from people regarding this test. I'm well-aware of the flaws, I just wasn't expecting the test to be anywhere near popular.
