  2. Hi! And welcome to my test. I'll be using advanced logic and magic to determine  how well you know French cooking. By way of background, I should say, I've never gone to a culinary academy, but I have been cooking for over 25 years, and have studied French language and culture for over 15. I also taught French cooking classes by region at my local adult school.
