The Depression, Anxiety Stress Test

1. The Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale is a self report instrument designed to measure the three related negative emotional states of depression, anxiety and tension/stress. It is scientifically validated and is in the public domain, and thus recreating it for an OKcupid test is perfectly legitimate.    This test is the DASS21, the short version of the test.
