The CHEF Test

1. So you think you can flip a pan or two? And you've made Toll House cookies before. Without the recipe?! Your Rice a Roni is the best that your mom has ever tasted. Now let's see just how *chef* you are. ( This test probably should have been entitled "The Professional Cook Test" or "The Wannabe Chef Test" but just "Chef" had such a nice ring. ) Also, ( without getting too philisophical ) everything one may experience is based on their perspective. Right? So if I make a test about cooking, it is going to be about things that I know how to cook. I do not claim to have ultimate knowledge of flavor. This is not a quiz for your culinary school. Do not message me.

3. Pay attention now, because this is important. Some of the questions do not have ONE correct answer. Preference will determine score on this test. If you don't *know* an answer, then skip it. It's better than guessing and getting an innaccurate result. Some of the questions gauge 'work ethic', which is sort of 'How well you would survive in the industry' and some check for 'food knowledge', which should be self-explanatory. Now, allez cuisine!
