1. Most people simply aren't smart enough to vote, but they do anyway, and when that happens, all they do is hurt the rest of the nation. This test will aim to gauge your basic knowledge of the various things in the political, economic, and foreign policy realms. Really basic. High school civics kind of basic. If you can't pass it, you're too dumb to vote, and probably to dumb to drive or balance a checkbook.
