Rights and Society Test

  1. Welcome to the Rights and Society Test. This test is designed to find out if you are oriented towards rights, or oriented towards society. In other words, find out which you consider more important. You could also say it differentiates between individualists and collectivists.

This test is somewhat Americentric, but others can take the test too if they know about the US Constitution.

Note: This test was written by a individualist libertarian atheist, so there may be some bias, as there is with most tests.

About The Author

Patricius Maximus is the online alias of a personality living in an undisclosed location. He is a self-described paleoliberal. However, for general audiences he describes himself as a "atheistic individualist libertarian type that fights for equal rights, and supports regulations for free markets to keep them free." Patrick Henry and Thomas Paine are two persons that he admires. His interpretation of the Constitution prohibits abridgment of rights because of 'war or public danger', as he believes that it is a step on the long road to totalitarianism. Because of an oppressive government that violated its own Constitution, he operates discreetly, but will spring when provoked.
