My Utopia test

1. Its only a matter of time before I lose my patience and decide to take over Iceland to establish my own Utopia.  The original plan was Madagascar, 'cause lets face it, no one cares about africa.  But since I'm not a fan of warm weather, and Iceland seems a bit more self-reliant...  Anywho, this test will determine if I'd want you to come to Iceland after the revolution.
