But you know what? I'm going to assume that it's because you don't <em>like</em> using the various bastardisations of the English language that are prevalent in SMS and online.</p>

<p>If you do use chat programs, there's a high chance you type in full sentences (or at least spell your words properly). When you're sending an SMS to your friends, you probably don't shorten the messages - and if it costs a bit more to send a longer text message, so what? At least you can be understood. Guess where I fit? Yep. The only reason I know most of these bits of Internet-speak is because I researched them for this test.  Anyway, thanks for being nice to the English language, as I'm sure you are!</p>
