Your result for The Strongest Senses Test ...

You scored 13% visual, 33% auditory, and 53% kinesthetic!

A beach is best described to a visual person in terms of how the sun glimmers off the water, the tips of the waves being white as they wash onto the sand, turning the sand underneath darker, as you just look on to the beauty that is the beach.

However, to an auditory person, a beach is best described by the sound of the waves rolling onto the sand and rolling back, the sound of the breeze as it moves gently off the sand and the wind passes by your ears, allowing you to calmly listen to the sounds of the beach.

Finally, to a kinesthetic person, a beach would best be described in terms of how warm the sun feels on your shoulders as you stand over the sand, as the sand grits a little between your toes, feeling the wind wash over you and brush some more sand over your stationary feet as you stand there enjoying the feel of the beach.

As said before, everyone's mind concentrates more on one sense than the others. Olfactory (smell) and gustatory (taste) generally don't take up a huge part of experience unless you're cooking or eating, and are more towards *specific* experiences when it comes to how a mind thinks, which is why they weren't included. They can be a part of your experience that anchors you back to a memory, however this these are not the way your mind will think except in terms of food or drink... or in the rare occassion of a sewage backup for smell.

People have been disagreeing on this, so consider the last time you thought of something in terms of smell. Memories can have every sense associated with them, you can be sent back to a childhood memory of your first fall day at school by smell. So can a completely visual person be sent back to a childhood memory by a sound like the sound of a bus. However you may notice that you do not think in terms of smell. Sure, things can stink, and experiences include memory of smells, thus a small chunk, not nothing. I appreciate the feedback on this, but it is based on more than just my opinion, but scientific/psychological information as well. I'm not citing it here because I shouldn't have to, it's an OKcupid test, enjoy it already!

Whichever you scored the highest on is what your mind focuses most on, the chunk that makes up the most of your experiences, and the most of your conscious and unconscious thoughts, the part of the experience you want to know the most about before and after experiencing it. The part of experience that is most important to you in general.

If someone were to create a mental illusion for you, like above, they'd be best off using words that are geared toward that one part of experience more than anything else for you to experience it mentally that much easier.
