Your result for The Happy Test ...
You're only 43% happy with your body.

Congratulations. Of all the results on my test, you got the one easiest to change. You are only 43% happy with your own body.
In the opening of the test, I gave that annoying line about your body being a temple. Still, come on, it's true. You've got a wonderful mind and heart and all that, but you live in this human machine you can't get out of.
Fortunately, changing your body or body-attitude doesn't require help from anyone. By yourself, you can become stronger, healthier, and more attractive. Maybe it's just changing your own attitude. (Remember, I'm measuring your happiness, not your fitness.) Or maybe it's getting fit and eating healthy so some guilt goes away.
A gym membership, a healthier diet, a new sport, yoga: these are all possibilities. Ask yourself why you're unhappy with your body, and try to address it, starting today.
On a personal note, I lost 35 pounds last year and managed to keep them off. It started with an Excel spreadsheet, a scale, and a no dessert policy. I feel a lot better now, and my own body is one of the reasons I decided to write this test. If you scored low because you've got some pounds to burn off, today could be your day.
If you're underweight, I'm afraid to say I don't know much about those kinds of eating disorders. A quick Google shows some great support groups, though. Let me know if you can recommend one.
Your scores on all the variables follow. As you can see, you're happier in some ways than others. Good luck!
